Murata Power Solutions NCM6絶縁型DC/DCコンバーター

ムラタ電源ソリューションNCM6絶縁型DC/DCコンバーターは、最大4:1の入力範囲に対応する、シングル出力とデュアル出力の6ワットDC/DCコンバーターです。3つの公称入力電圧範囲、すなわち5VDC入力(4.5～9VDC 2:1範囲)、12VDC(9～36VDC 4:1範囲)、または48VDC(18～75VDC 4:1範囲)のいずれかで利用することができます。各公称入力電圧タイプには、7つの出力電圧モデルがあります。このうちの4つは、シングル出力モデルであり、+3.3、+5、+12、または+15VDCの出力です。他の3つのデュアル出力モデルには、+5、+12、または+15VDCの出力オプションがあります。DC/DCコンバーターは、高度な熱性能を実現するためにカプセル化され、寸法が20.0x32.0x10.75mmの業界標準パッケージに収納されています。入力電圧が規定の限界未満になると、入力の低電圧ロックアウト機能により出力が保護されます。入力/出力間の絶縁は5200VDCです。動作温度範囲は-40～+85 ºCで、NCM6は、過度の動作温度による損傷から保護されています。

The DC/DC converters are encapsulated to achieve high levels of thermal performance and are housed in an industry-standard package measuring 20.0mm x 32.0mm x 10.75mm. An input under-voltage lockout feature protects the output should the input voltage fall below specified limits. Other features include an input to output isolation of 5200VDC, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The NCM6 is also protected against damage due to excessive operating temperatures.
