Murata Power Solutions MGJ3シリーズ 3W 絶縁型DC/DCコンバータ

Murata Power Solutions MGJ3シリーズ3W絶縁型DC/DCコンバータは、+15V/-10V、+20V/-5V、+15V/-5Vの構成可能なデュアル出力電圧を実現しています。本シリーズはIGBT、シリコンおよびシリコンカーバイドMOSFETを使用しているブリッジ回路のハイサイドとローサイドのゲートドライブ回路の電源として理想的です。MGJ3 DC/DCコンバータでは非対称出力電圧を選択できるため、最適な駆動レベルによって最良のシステム効率とEMIを実現できます。Murata Power Solutions MGJ3シリーズは、モータードライブやインバーターに使用されているブリッジ回路の一般的な高絶縁およびdv/dt要件を満たしています。これらのシリーズは、EMCフィルタ設計を簡素化するディセーブル/周波数同期ピンを搭載しています。MGJ3保護機能には短絡回路保護と過負荷保護があります。

  • Ultra-low barrier capacitance (15pF)
  • Full power over a wide industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +105˚C
  • Synchronization pin can be employed as a disable pin

  • Characterized partial discharge performance
  • Short circuit and overload protected
  • UL60950 and UL60601-1 certification (pending)
