Murata High-Frequency XBAR Filter
Murata High-Frequency XBAR Filter enables the extraction of desired signals while achieving low insertion loss and high attenuation, making it ideal for wireless applications, including wireless local-area network (WLAN), 5G, Wi-Fi® 6E, Wi-Fi 7, and emerging 6G technologies. This module was developed by combining Murata's proprietary surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter knowledge with XBAR technology from Murata's subsidiary, Resonant Inc. The module prevents out-of-band interference and maximizes system battery performance while meeting space limitations. The XBAR structure itself excites bulk acoustic waves via comb-shaped electrodes and a piezoelectric single-crystal thin film, delivering performance beyond the reach of conventional filter structures. Murata High-Frequency XBAR Filter effectively removes high-frequency interference, even in bands above 3GHz. This achievement provides improved performance and clearer signal detection, resulting in high-capacity, high-speed wireless communication for a variety of devices.Features
