NewAE Technology SAM4L UFO Target Board
NewAE Technology SAM4L UFO Target Board features the TQFP-48 packaged Microchip ATSAM4L with 128KB flash and 32KB SRAM. The device has an AES hardware accelerator with side-channel "counter-measures" that are individually enabled or disabled. This makes it a good case study for evaluating test platforms. The board requires an external JTAG-based programmer for use.
