NXP NX3LアナログスイッチICは低オームスイッチで、アナログまたはデジタルマルチプレクサ/デマルチプレクサとしての使用に適しています。低閾値デジタル入力を使用すると、NX3Lは、3.3Vのアプリケーションで1.8Vのロジックレベルによって駆動されるように切り替えることができます。これにより、NX3Lはロジックレベル変換の必要性を排除し、4.3V信号を1.8Vデジタルコントローラと切り替えることができます。NX3Lスイッチは、車載アプリケーションでの使用向けにAEC Q100の認定を受けています。
