onsemi高性能電流モードコントローラは、ハーフブリッジ共振コンバータを対象としており、600Vゲートドライバが実装されており、レイアウトを簡素化して部品数を削減しています。このデバイスには、内蔵ブラウンアウト入力機能があり、この機能によってすべてのアプリケーションでのコントローラの実装が容易になります。NCP1399は、PFCフロントステージが必要なアプリケーションでPFCコントローラを駆動するための専用出力が特徴です。この機能は、専用のスキップモード技術と共に、アプリケーション全体の軽負荷効率のさらなる向上が特徴です。
