Renesas Electronics ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422トランシーバ
Renesas / Intersil ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422トランシーバは、±60V障害保護、3.3～5V駆動、±20Vコモンモード範囲差動トランシーバで、バランスのとれた通信を目的としています。拡張コモンモード範囲は、RS-485に必要な範囲よりも大きくなっています。RS-485は、最大±60Vの過電圧および±15kV ESDストライキに対して保護されます。これらのトランシーバは、±20Vまでのコモンモード電圧を伴う環境で動作します。

- ±20V larger than required for RS-485 common-mode range
- ±15kV HBM ESD protection on RS-485 bus pins
- 3V to 5.5V wide supply range
- Cable invert pin (ISL32457E and ISL32459E only) corrects for reversed cable connections while maintaining Rx full fail-safe functionality
- 1/4 unit load for up to 128 devices on the bus
- ±80V high transient overvoltage tolerance
- Full fail-safe (open, short, terminated) RS-485 receivers
- Up to 20Mbps data rates
- 2.1mA low quiescent supply current
