ROHM Semiconductor BD8303MUVスイッチング電圧レギュレータは、同期バックブーストコントローラです。 この電圧レギュレータは、2.7V～14Vの入力電圧範囲および-25ºC～85ºCの温度範囲で動作します。BD8303MUV電圧レギュレータは、効率性の高い昇圧型/降圧型DC/DCコンバータで、たった1つのインダクタで構成されています。 このレギュレータは、1セルのリチウム電池4個、または2セルのリチウム電池から5Vの出力電圧を生成します。
