ROHM Semiconductor SML-D22MUW薄型2色チップLED
ROHM SML-D22MUW薄型2色チップLEDは、2/1.9V赤色/黄緑色カラーLEDです。これらの2色SMD LEDは信頼性が高く、高輝度を発揮します。SML-D22x LEDは、1.6mm x 0.8mm 0603パッケージでご用意があり、防湿袋に乾燥剤（シリカゲル）を入れた状態で出荷されます。これらのLEDは、画期的な1608サイズでご用意があり、信頼性を向上させるための特殊設計が特徴で、高解像度ディスプレイをサポートしている裏面電極が付属しています。その他の機能には、AlGaInPチップ構造および最大16mcd光度があります。
