Melexis MLX92235 Magnetic Sensor ICs

Melexis MLX92235 Magnetic Sensor ICs are tiny automotive tiny devices made for micropower open-close detection. These sensor ICs utilize Hall-effect technology with excellent tolerances for reliable and predictable output update rates. The MLX92235 sensor ICs serve as a general replacement for reed switches and offer enhanced solid-state reliability. These sensor ICs consist of an integrated logic for automatic sleep/awake sequencing and enable 1µA average current consumption without any action from the user. The MLX92235 sensor ICs operate from a 1.6V to 3.3V voltage range. Typical applications include brake light/wake-up switches, e-latch/e-door handles, sunvisor/vanity mirrors, button/HMI /levers, and seat positioning/folding.
