Silergy SY20623D Synchronous Step Down DC/DC Converter
Silergy SY20623D Synchronous Step Down DC/DC Converter is a high-efficiency converter with built-in power MOSFETs and inductors. This converter features a 3A continuous output current, a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range, and a pseudo 2.4MHz switching frequency. The SY20623D converter features an instant PWM architecture to achieve a fast transient response and a high output voltage accuracy over a temperature range. This converter is equipped with a cycle-by-cycle current limit, hiccup over current protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The SY20623D converter is RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and comes in a compact 2.5mm x 2mm x 1.3mm package. Typical applications include smartphones, telecom devices, and light modules.
