Vishay / Siliconix SIR873DP 150V PチャンネルMOSFETは、TrenchFET®パワーMOSFETです。SIR873DP MOSFETには、伝導からの電力損失を最小限に抑える低オン抵抗が備わっています。SIR873DP MOSFETは、-55ºC～150ºCの温度範囲で動作します。このパワーMOSFETは、単構成PowerPAK®パッケージでご用意があります。アプリケーションには、負荷スイッチ、DC/DC電源でのアクティブ・クランプ、バッテリ保護、モータ駆動制御があります。
