Skyworks Solutions Inc. RFX2402E single-chip, single-die RFeIC® (RF Front-end Integrated Circuit) integrates all the RF functionality required for the latest wireless communications. The RFX2402E design incorporates the LNA, PA, transmit and receive switching circuitry, associated matching network, and a harmonic filter on a single-chip CMOS device. The PA power-detector circuit is also included. The RFX2402E is specifically designed to meet the requirements of 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n/ac applications. RFX2402E offers high sensitivity and efficiency, excellent performance, low noise, and a small form factor. RFX2402E's high transmit signal linearity meets the standards for CCK and OFDM modulation. Skyworks RFX2402E RFeIC is well-suited for single-antenna applications. In addition, the RFX2402E provides the ideal building block for MIMO applications.Features
