Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY65623-682LF LNA
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. SKY65623-682LF Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Front-End designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) radio receiver applications. The SKY65623-682LF LNA is optimized to operate from 1559MHz to 1606MHz, has a very low current (1mA at 1.8V supply), and single power supply (1.5V to 3.6V) for design flexibility and simplicity. As output matching components are integrated within this LNA, only one external input matching inductor is required. The broad frequency range of the SKY65623-682LF makes it ideal for GPS L1, GLONASS, Galileo, and Compass navigation applications. The SKY65623-682LF is fabricated using advanced SiGe (Silicon-Germanium) BiCMOS technology. This Low-Noise Amplifier is offered in a 0.8mm × 0.8mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) Surface Mount Package (SMP), which is ideal for space-constrained applications such as wearables, asset trackers, action cameras, and navigation devices.
