STMicroelectronics M95M02-A125車載用EEPROMは、自動車規格AEC-Q100グレード0で規定されている高い信頼性水準に準拠しています。M95M02-A125は、最大10MHzの単純なシリアルSPI互換インタフェースによってアクセスできます。メモリアレイは高度な真のEEPROM（電気的に消去可能なPROM）技術に基づいています。
