STMicroelectronics SLLIMM™第2シリーズ3相インバータは、小型で高性能のACモータードライブを、シンプルかつ堅牢な設計で実現しています。SLLIMM（小型低損失インテリジェント成形モジュール）シリーズは、新しいST独自制御IC（1つはLSでもう1つはHSドライバ）と改善された短回路堅牢トレンチゲートフィールドストップIGBTを組み合わせています。家電やエアコンなど、3相インバータシステムに理想的です。
