STMicroelectronics 6A～16A スナバレス・トライアックは、スルーホールパッケージを採用しており、高い整流能力が必要な場合に、汎用ACスイッチのON/OFFまたは位相角制御機能に使用することができます。データシートに規定されている制限を遵守する場合は、スナバ回路なしで使用できます。これらのデバイスは、定格 6A、8A、12A、16Aのいずれかの800Vバージョンが用意されています。汎用ACライン負荷スイッチ、モータ制御、小型家電、照明、突入電流制限、過負荷電圧クローバー保護のアプリケーションに最適です。
