STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ILD005V1評価ボードには、アナログの壁付調光器用にシンプルでコスト効果の高いMOSベースの逆相カット調光ソリューションが実装されています。抵抗性または容量性照明負荷のいずれかを効果的に調光するために、トリプル3入力NORゲート制御のSTF17N62K3パワーMOSFET一組を使用します。採用されているACアナログ制御の調光技術により、オン/オフ電源切替およびアップ/ダウン調光機能のどちらも可能になりました。機械スイッチが搭載された単一リニア回転ポテンショメータが、最小限の設定で回路をオープンします。
