STMicroelectronics STPA001 MOSFETクワッド・ブリッジ・パワーアンプには、ブレークスルーMOSFETテクノロジーが採用されており、ハイパワー・カーラジオ用に設計されています。STPA001は、完全補完Pチャンネル/Nチャンネル出力構造が特徴です。この構造によって、高出力電流および最小化された飽和損失と組み合わされたレール・ツー・レールの出力電圧振幅が可能になり、カーラジオ分野に新しい電力基準を設定します。このアンプには、比類のない歪み性能があり、最低6Vでの動作が可能です。これによってこのICは、低電圧動作を目的とした最新のOEM仕様に準拠できます。
