Swissbit S-55u Industrial MicroSDXC Memory Cards feature equal wear leveling of static and dynamic data, ensuring data is evenly distributed across the memory. These memory cards offer optimized FW algorithms for read/write access, impressive random write performance, and endurance with long data retention. The S-55u memory cards utilize advanced power-off reliability technology and wear-leveling technology. The read disturb management feature of the memory cards monitors read commands and refreshes the content when critical levels are reached. These memory cards run an interruptible background process to maintain user data against read disturb and high-temperature retention degradation. The near-miss error correction code (ECC) technology minimizes the risk of uncorrectable bit errors throughout the product's lifetime.
The S-55u memory cards operate within a 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range and a -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. Swissbit S-55u Industrial MicroSDXC Memory Cards are available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities and offer sequential read up to 97MB/s and sequential write up to 60MB/s.
