TE Connectivity（TE）のモデル3038 MEMS加速度計は、極端な温度、振動、衝撃環境での使用を目的としています。SMDセンサには耐久性があり、際立った長期安定性を実現しているガス減衰ピエゾ抵抗型MEMS検出素子が組み込まれています。1ミリボルト出力信号と機械的過負荷を停止し、10,000gを超える負荷に対する衝撃保護を実現します。この加速度計は、最大5000Hz以上のフラット応答があり、±50g～±6000gの範囲に対応できます。モデル3038加速度計は、組み込みアプリケーションに最適で、密封セラミックLCCパッケージに梱包されており、金メッキKovarのフタで密閉されています（総漏れ試験100%）。
