Texas Instruments OPAx170/OPAx170-Q1 Low-Power Op Amps

Texas Instruments OPAx170/OPAx170-Q1 Low-Power Op Amps are 36V, single-supply, low-noise operational amplifiers that feature micro packages with the ability to operate on supplies ranging from +2.7V (±1.35V) to +36V (±18V). TI OPA170 (1-channel) / OPA2170 (2-channel) / OPA4170 (4-channel) op amps offer good offset, drift, and bandwidth with low quiescent current. The single, dual, and quad versions all have identical specifications for maximum design flexibility. OPAx170 family of op amps is specified from +2.7V to +36V instead of being specified at only one supply voltage like most op amps. Input signals beyond the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. The Texas Instruments OPAx170 family is stable with capacitive loads up to 300pF. The OPAx170-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
