Texas Instruments DRV3220-Q1 3相車載ゲートドライバは、3相ブラシレスDCモータ制御アプリケーションに最適です。標準レベルのNチャネルMOSFETトランジスタ用の6つの専用ドライバが搭載されているDRV3220-Q1は、オーバードライブ電圧を生成する統合FETが備わったブーストコンバータも実現しています。これによって、最低4.75Vまでの低バッテリ電圧であっても、デバイスが電力段を完全に制御できます。DRV3220-Q1ストロングドライバの強度は、大電流アプリケーション用に開発されており、ピーク出力電流を制限するようにプログラム可能です。機能には、強固なFET保護と、Q&Aウォッチドッグや、I/O電源およびADC基準電圧の電圧監視などのシステム監視機能があります。SPIインターフェイスから、DRV3220-Q1統合内部診断機能のアクセスやプログラムが可能です。
