Texas Instruments LSF0204x 双方向マルチ電圧レベルトランスレータ
Texas Instruments LSF0204x 双方向マルチ電圧レベルトランスレータは、1.0V〜4.5V（Vref_A）、1.8V〜5.5V（Vref_B）で動作する双方向電圧レベルトランスレータです。オープンドレインまたはプッシュプルのアプリケーションで、方向装置なしで1.0V〜5.0Vの双方向電圧変換を可能にします。LSF0204xは、キャパシタンス15pF、165Ωプルアップ抵抗を利用するオープンドレイン・システム向けに、伝送速度100MHz超のレベル変換アプリケーションに対応しています。

- Provides bi-directional voltage translation with no direction terminal
- Less than 1.5ns maximum propagation delay
- Supports high-speed translation, greater than 100MHz
- Supports Ioff, partial power down mode
- Allows bi-directional voltage level translation between:
- 0.8 V ↔ 1.8/2.5/3.3/5V
- 1.2 V ↔ 1.8/2.5/3.3/5V
- 1.8 V ↔ 2.5/3.3/5V
- 2.5 V ↔ 3.3/5V
- 3.3 V ↔ 5V
- Low standby current
- 5V tolerance I/O port to support TTL
- Low Ron provides less signal distortion
- High-impedance I/O terminals for EN=Low
- Flow-through pin-out for ease PCB trace routing
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD17
- -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range
- ESD performance tested per JESD 22
- 2000V human-body model (A114-B, Class II)
- 200V machine model (A115-A)
- 1000V charged-device model (C101)
