Texas Instruments THVD1500 5V RS-485トランシーバには、±8kV IEC ESD保護で最大300kbpsまであり、工業アプリケーション向けに設計されています。THVD1500トランシーバは、追加のシステムレベルでの保護コンポーネントの必要性を排除し、結果として高レベルのIECコンタクト放電ESDイベントの影響を受けないようにしています。また、広いコモンモード電圧範囲があり、またバスピンでの入力漏洩が少ないため、長いケーブル配線を行う複数ポイントアプリケーションに適しています。HVD1500は、工業用温度範囲が-40°C～125°Cで、5V単電源で動作します。
