Texas Instruments TPS560200降圧型コンバータは、低IQ、適応型オンタイム同期モノリシックバックコンバータで、統合MOSFETが備わっています。これらのコンバータには、D-CAP2モード制御が使用されており、外部補償部品を用いずに高速過渡応答を実現しています。TPS560200コンバータは、低等価直列抵抗（ESR）出力コンデンサおよび超低ESRセラミックコンデンサに対応しています。入力電圧範囲は4.5V～17Vで、出力電圧は0.8V～6.5V間でプログラミング可能です。
