Vishay Semiconductors IGBT電源モジュール

Vishay IGBT電源モジュールは、トレンチPT IGBT技術が特徴で、TIG溶接機向けです。これらのIGBTには、HexfredおよびFret PTダイオード技術が組み合わされており、UL規格を満たしています。高電圧および電流が必要なボード上で制限のある高さ要件での設計が可能になるINT-A-PAKなどが特徴です。これらのモジュールは、家電のモータ駆動、電気自動車のモータ駆動装置、ソーラーインバータ、UPS、力率補正コンバータのようなアプリケーションでも使用されます。
