Vishay / Sprague T16 Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors
Vishay / Tansitor T16 Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors are tantalum-case electrolytic capacitors that offer an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The T16 series wet tantalum capacitors from Vishay / Tansitor also offer enhanced performance, high-reliability design along with extended capacitance.
With the T16 series, designers get all the same advantages of Vishay's SuperTan® series, but with improved reverse voltage and vibration capability. Additionally, the T16 Series offers B, C, and D case codes with enhanced reverse voltage and shock/vibration capability for avionics and aerospace applications.
