Nexperia 74AVC1T45デュアル電源電圧レベル トランスレーター/トランシーバー

NXPセミコンダクターズの74AVC1T45は、双方向レベル変換を可能にする3ステート出力のシングル ビット、デュアル電源トランシーバーです。このデバイスは、2つの1ビット入出力ポート(AとB)、方向制御入力(DIR)、デュアル電源ピン(VCC(A)とVCC(B))が特長です。VCC(A)とVCC(B)はどちらも0.8V～3.6Vの任意の電圧値を電源とすることができるので、あらゆる低電圧ノード(0.8V、1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V)間での変換に適したデバイスとなっています。ピンAおよびDIRはVCC(A)がリファレンスで、ピンBはVCC(B)がリファレンスです。DIRをHIGHにするとAからBへの伝達、DIRをLOWにするとBからAへの伝達が可能です。このデバイスは、IOFFを使用したパーシャル パワーダウンが可能なように仕様が定められています。IOFF回路は出力を無効にし、パワーダウン時にデバイスを損傷させる恐れのある逆電流の発生を防ぎます。サスペンド モードでVCC(A)またはVCC(B)がGNDレベルにある場合は、AポートもBポートも高インピーダンスのOFFステートになります。

A HIGH on DIR allows transmission from A to B and a LOW on DIR allows transmission from B to A. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing any damaging back-flow current through the device when it is powered down. In suspend mode when either VCC(A) or VCC(B) are at A and B are in the high-impedance OFF-state. A and B are in the high-impedance OFF-state.
