Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKYA21051 200MHz to 6000MHz Broadband Amplifier

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. SKYA21051 200MHz to 6000MHz Broadband Low-Noise Amplifier provides superior gain flatness and exceptional linearity in a compact 2mm x 2mm package. The compact 2mm x 2mm, 8-pin dual flat no-lead packaged LNA is designed for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE small-cell base stations operating from 200MHz to 6000MHz.

The Skyworks SKYA21051 Broadband Low-Noise Amplifier has internal active bias circuitry that supports stable performance over temperature and process variation. The SKYA21051 has the capability to adjust supply current externally.

The SKYA21051EK1 evaluation board is used to evaluate the functionalities and capabilities of the SKYA21051 broadband amplifier. The board operate within the 700Mhz to 2700MHz low frequency range.
