STMicroelectronics VND70x0車載アプリケーション用ハイサイドドライバは、シングルおよびダブルチャンネルハイサイドドライバで、STproprietary VIPower® M0-7技術を使用して製造されています。SO-8、PowerSSO-12、PowerSSO-16の各パッケージに納められています。このデバイスは、3Vおよび5V CMOS互換インターフェースを介して12Vの車載用接地負荷を駆動するように設計されており、保護と診断をします。
