Texas Instruments TPS54334同期SWIFT™降圧型電圧コンバータ

Texas Instruments TPS54334同期SWIFT™降圧型電圧コンバータは、28V、3A、低自己消費電力供給電流（IQ）、同期モノシリックバックコンバータで、統合MOSFETを備えています。TPS54334を使用するとMOSFETを統合した小型設計ができます。また電流モード制御を実装しており、外付け部品数を削減しています。128mΩ/84mΩ統合MOSFET、低零入力供給電流、軽負荷でのパルススキップにより効率が最大化されます。イネーブルピンを使用したシャットダウン供給電流は、シャットダウンモードに入ることで2µAに低減されます。TPS54334は温度に対する3.0%の電圧基準精度で、さまざまな負荷に対して精確なレギュレーションを提供します。
