テキサス・インスツルメンツのUCC28180は柔軟で使いやすい8ピンの能動型力率補正(PFC)コントローラーで、連続導通モード(CCM)で動作し、高い力率、低い電流歪み、優れた電圧安定性のAC/DCフロントエンド用ブースト プリレギュレーターを実現します。このコントローラーは、18kHz～250kHzにスイッチング周波数をプログラム可能で、100W～数kWの範囲で動作する汎用AC入力システムに適しており、パワーMOSFETスイッチとIGBTスイッチの両方に対応しています。組み込みの1.5Aおよび2A(SRC-SNK)ピーク ゲート ドライブ出力は内部的に15.2V(代表値)にクランプされており、高速のターンオン/ターンオフが可能です。外付けパワー スイッチの管理も容易で、バッファー回路は必要ありません。
