Toshiba TLP274 LEDフォトカプラ

Toshiba TLP274フォトカプラは、GaAlAs赤外発光ダイオード（LED）および統合高ゲイン、高速フォトカプラで構成されています。 これらのフォトカプラは、2.3mm（最大）の薄型SO6Lパッケージに収められており、国際的な安全規格に準拠しています。 TLP274フォトカプラは、4.5V～30Vの供給電圧範囲で動作し、最高動作温度110°Cが備わっています。 これらのフォトカプラには、電流ソースおよびシンク機能が備わったトーテムポール出力段があります。 TLP274には、内部ファラデーノイズシールドがあり、保証されたコモンモード過渡耐性±30kV/µsを実現しています。
