Vishay / Thin Film PCNM非磁性チップレジスタは、旧世代の非磁気レジスタよりも4倍の給電能力を実現しています。 PCNMレジスタは、拡大裏面終端を持つ窒化アルミニウムセラミック基板上に設計されています。 これらの拡大された終端は、トップサイド抵抗層とエンドユーザの回路アセンブリ上のはんだ接合部との間の熱抵抗を低減させます。 PCNM薄膜レジスタは、最大6Wの電力定格と2Ω～30.1kΩの抵抗値範囲が特徴です。 PCNMレジスタは、電源装置、電源スイッチ、ブレーキシステムでの使用に理想的です。
