TPS383x超低超小型電圧監視機能

Texas Instruments TPS383x超低150nA超小型電圧監視は、単電源を監視する超低電流（標準150 nA）の電圧監視回路です。両方のデバイスは、VDD供給電圧が降下して工場調整済みのリセット閾値電圧を下回ると、必ずアクティブ・ローのリセット信号を開始します。このリセット出力は、VDD電圧が閾値電圧とヒステリシス以上に上昇すると、リセット出力を200ms（標準）の低に留めます。これらのデバイスは、VDDピンの高速過渡を無視するように設計されています。TPS3831デバイスには、MRが低の時に強制的にRESETを低にするマニュアルリセット入力が含まれています。わずか150nAの超低電流消費によって、低消費電力およびポータブル・アプリケーションで使用する電圧監視に最適です。
