Gray Zinc Nickel (ZnNi) Circular Connectors

Amphenol Industrial Gray Zinc Nickel (ZnNi) Circular Connectors feature cadmium-free, RoHS-compliant plating that is suitable for harsh environments. These ZnNi-plated connectors are originally developed for harsh marine environments and feature a -65°C to +200°C temperature range and withstand 500 hours of salt spray. These connectors offer <2.5mΩ conductivity and consist of gray zinc over an electroless nickel base, giving the connector a light gunmetal gray appearance. This plating delivers high corrosion resistance and has no significant galvanic reaction when mated with leading standard-market plating options.
