TPS382x-xx-Q1電圧モニタ

Texas Instruments TPS382x-xx-Q1電圧モニタは、回路の初期化とタイミング監視を実現しているスーパーバイザのファミリで、主にDSPおよびプロセッサベースのシステム用です。電源オンの状態時に、供給電圧VDDが1.1Vを超えるとRESETがアサートします。それ以降、供給電圧スーパーバイザがVDDを監視し、VDDが閾値電圧VIT–未満に留められている限り、RESETをアクティブ・ローの状態に保ちます。内部タイマは、適切なシステムリセットを保証するために、不活性状態（高）への出力の復帰を遅らせます。遅延時間、tdは、VDD が閾値電圧VIT–以上に立ち上がった後に開始します。供給電圧が閾値電圧VIT–以下に降下すると、出力が再びアクティブ（低）になります。外部コンポーネントは不要です。このファミリのすべてのデバイスには、内部分圧器によって設定される固定センス閾値電圧、VIT-が備わっています。また、TPS382x-xx-Q1ファミリには、200ms（TPS3820-xx-Q1）および1.6s（TPS3823/4/8-xx-Q1）のウォッチドッグ・タイムアウト・オプションがあります。
