TCH Hermetically Sealed Tantalum Polymer Capacitor

KYOCERA AVX TCH Hermetically Sealed Polymer Capacitors are SMD low ESR capacitors with conductive polymer electrodes in a ceramic hermetic package. The TCH hermetically sealed polymer capacitor series from KYOCERA AVX, designed for aerospace and Hi-Rel applications, is available in CTC-type case sizes that provide high capacitance values. Other TCH series features include stability under humidity and ambient temperature exposure and ongoing ESA qualification. KYOCERA AVX TCH Hermetically Sealed Polymer Capacitors have capacitance range from 1.5µF to 680µF and operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
