LTM28xx μModule®アイソレータは、最大7.5kVRMSの絶縁を実現している完全なシステムインパッケージ（SiP）ソリューションで、人気の高いシリアルインターフェイスとデバイスの大半を対象としています。大半のデバイスは、隣接するコンポーネントに最大1Wの絶縁電源を実現しています。外付け部品不要の小型フットプリントでの高い統合性と性能を促進します。Linear Technology/Analog Devices Inc. μModuleアイソレータには、分離境界を超えてデータを差動的に渡すために組み込み結合誘導コイルが使用されており、極めて堅牢な通信方式をもたらします。シンプルな絶縁ソリューションは、絶縁データ、絶縁電力、およびバイパスコンデンサを始めとするすべての受動部品を単体のパッケージに統合して利用できます。絶縁による長距離は、最終的には、より高いESD保護と信頼性につながります。差動シグナリングスキームによって、70KV/μs以上のコモンモード過渡イベントを介した通信が可能で、優先度の高いデータのジッタまたはデータ破損がなく、過渡による影響を受けません。このシステムには、堅牢なデジタル通信を目的とする、データ更新、エラーチェック、安全シャットダウンの機能が含まれています。
