Texas Instruments TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1高精度電圧スーパーバイザには、高精度電圧監視回路とプログラマブルウィンドウウォッチドッグタイマが組み合わせることができます。TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1ウィンドウコンパレータは、過電圧（VIT+(OV)）および低電圧（VIT–(UV)）スレッショルドの両方について0.8%の精度（-40℃～+125℃）を達成 また、TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1には両方のスレッショルドについて高精度のヒステリシスが含まれており、許容誤差の厳しいシステムに理想的です。このスーパーバイザRESET遅延は、工場出荷時にプログラミングされたデフォルトの遅延設定で設定するか、外付けコンデンサでプログラミングできます。工場出荷時にプログラミングされたRESET遅延は、15%の精度、高精度遅延タイミングが特徴です。TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1には、プログラム可能なウィンドウ・ウォッチドッグ・タイマが内蔵されており、広範なアプリケーションに使用できます。専用ウォッチドッグ出力（WDO）により分解能が向上し、フォルト状況の性質を判定するために役立ちます。TPS3850-Q1デバイスは、車載用アプリケーションを対象としたAEC-Q100認定を受けています。
