The Guerrilla RF GRF2012x linear gain block amplifiers are internally matched to 50Ω at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the port. These devices operate at a 2.7V to 8V voltage range with a selectable I_ddq range of 15 to 100mA for optimal efficiency and linearity.
