TPS37xx低電力高精度電圧検出器

Texas Instruments TPS37xx低電力高精度電圧検出器は、低電力で小型ソリューションサイズの2チャンネル電圧検出器です。SENSE1およびSENSE2入力には短いグリッチを除去するためのヒステリシスが含まれており、誤トリガのない安定した出力動作を保証しています。これらのデバイスには調節可能なSENSE入力が備わっており、外部レジスタデバイダで構成が可能です。SENSE1またはSENSE2入力の電圧が下降閾値を下回る時、OUT1またはOUT2はそれぞれ低下して駆動します。When SENSE1またはSENSE2が上昇閾値を上回る時、OUT1またはOUT2はそれぞれ上昇します。これらのデバイスには、2µA（標準）の超低自己消費電流が備わっています。この非常に低い自己消費電力により、低電力システム監視およびポータブルアプリケーション用の電圧検出を目的とした、精密なスペース重視のソリューションが実現されています。
