onsemi NCP176 LDO電圧レギュレータ
onsemi NCP176 LDO電圧レギュレータは、高速過渡応答低電圧500mA LDOレギュレータです。 入力電圧範囲は1.4V～5.5V、出力電圧範囲は0.7V～3.6Vです。このレギュレータは無鉛で、過電流および熱シャットダウン保護が特徴です。

- With (NCP176A) and without (NCP176B) output discharge function
