Vishay Semiconductors TMBS®トレンチMOSバリア・ショットキーは、45V〜200Vの7つの定格電圧、および幅広いシステム要件に対応する数種類のパッケージオプションを備えた、特許技術トレンチMOSバリア・ショットキー（TMBS®）採用の整流器です。TMBSには、プレーナ型ショットキー整流器を上回るいくつかの利点があります。プレーナ型ショットキー整流器は、動作電圧が45V以上になると、高速スイッチングおよび低順方向電圧降下という利点を大幅に失う傾向があります。特許技術TMBS構造は、この問題に対処するため、ドリフト領域への少数キャリアの注入を減らすことで、蓄積電荷を最小限に抑え、スイッチング速度を改善しました。
